Studio Policies

1. Tuition is due the 1st of each month. After 5 days, a late fee will be issued. Any unpaid balances by the 8th of the month will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Failure to pay within 60 days will result in a hold of your account and the student will be unable to attend classes until balance is cleared. 2. The Dance Place reserves the right to decide whether to host classes in the event of inclement weather. Check your email, texts, or visit our Facebook page for any announcements of cancellations.

3. Dancers are required to attend all classes if possible. There will be no pro-rates, discounts, or refunds given for non- attendance. A full month’s tuition is mandatory for every dancer. Any missed “mandatory” recital practices will result in removal from recital. No refunds on recital expenses.

4. Families must have a zero balance at the time of the deadline for a dancer to receive costumes or apparel, or to perform in any show, recital or event.

5. Dancers must be in proper dance attire, including hair worn in a neat and secure bun and applicable dance shoes. No jewelry, gum or dangly earrings are allowed. Visit our website for the exact dress code specifications for your class.

7. A written withdrawal notice is expected with the date of withdrawal by the 1st of the month. The student is still required to pay the month’s tuition from the date they withdrawal from the program.
